Here is a group of photos of military equipment destroyed during WW2 combat. Mostly of German armor but some Russian and British tanks and 1 Russian naval photo. There will be another group of similar photos.

German troops
Here are the rest of the 1st group of photos of German troops in 2 postings. While most of them are in back of the lines there might be 1 or 2 at the front line. The photos are from the North African campaign, France and the Eastern Front.
On the last photo of the 2nd posting there is a hand written note in German that I am wondering if any one can read and translate it for me.
